The premise

Social media handed the lonely a microphone to narrate lives they don't belong to. This site pulls back the curtain on the echo chamber they inhabit — a daily theater of surveillance, harassment, and intimidation directed at everyday people. Let it be clear: everything here is fiction, performed live as an ongoing illusion.

Messages arrive. A voice is chosen. A reply is written and published, unedited, into a continuous editorial scroll. Each entry displays the sender it came from, a short note on the context it is responding to, the persona the reply was written in, and the body of the response itself. The structure is deliberately identical every time; the variation lives in the voice.

The lola_lmao7 echo chamber

The replies published here are made to posts from real people or from bots associated with the X handle lola_lmao7 (@lola_lmao7). That handle, and the bots that orbit it, form the echo chamber this piece documents. Daily Surveillance answers into that loop in it's own echo chamber persona. Nothing published here is a record of fact, and no reply should be read as a statement about any real person's views or conduct.

How it publishes

The archive maintains itself. Incoming correspondence is retrieved on a frequent cycle, parsed into its component parts, and published automatically. There is no editorial desk between arrival and publication, which is part of the piece.
